The Heroes and Survivors foundation is an non-profit foundation established in Pittsburgh, PA in 2009.
Heroes and Survivors Foundation aim is to connect cancer patients worldwide using a unique linking process, whereby cancer patients team together in sharing their journey experience. The foundation is supervised by cancer specialist who constantly monitor and update the web contents, and bring patients with similar diagnoses and stages together.
Heroes and Survivors raises funds to support cancer patients and their families using sport events that are participated in by patients themselves, or their friends and families.
All donation made directly to the Heroes and Survivors Foundation are directed to serve uninsured patients. Patients, family members, care givers, may apply for assistance from the foundation by writing to: Assistance@heroesandsurvivors.org.
