This is a great video found by Medgadget, and so very true. These are real people working with devices and gadgets, real reactions and what we do when we get a bit frustrated too. This can really apply everywhere, even outside of healthcare with the number of new devices/gadgets that are appearing every day it seems. I think I have felt exactly like some of the folks in this film at times. BD
