  2. Ok, I'm not quite sure on the question here, but the post here is in reference to Medicare not allowing anything other than E-prescribing starting in 2008 if the current exemption is removed. This is pending along with the current CMS recommended pay cut for physicians who take Medicare. In other words, this is a potential change in the way the physicians will be able to do business when prescribing medications, e-prescribing and no faxing or handwritten scripts.
