LogMeIn is certainly a company I have used frequently over the years and gosh I may have been one of the early adapters of their services. I remembered finding the initial software buried way back on a small web site years ago, again before it was known. I continue to use it today for support and Palm Valley Home Healthcare received an award based on giving support for the EMR and more, and deploying the mobile solution. I have tried others, but 
simplicity, reliability, and so on is hard to beat.
I find it works equally as well on both Windows and Apple computers. BD

Very good product, but they definitely need to do something about the pricing. I use Techinline (http://www.techinline.com) which I don't claim is as advanced in terms of the feature-set, but it is also a quarter of the price. There are a few other solid low-cost alternatives out there as well

ReplyDeleteHave you heard of Mikogo? It's a free desktop sharing app for remote support and web conferencing. There is no need to configure Mikogo or adjust your computer’s network or firewall settings. You can find more info on Mikogo's features at http://www.mikogo.com.
