Where there’s a will there’s a way and who would have thought of this, but someone did.  The doctor says she was forced to do this and who knowsimage there’s probably a lot more to this story than what we have here so far, as was she being threatened by higher ups?  There’s also the other side, check someone in to work and maybe they split the overtime too, again we need more on this to hear about what really happened.  Who made the fingers though?  I think that will lead everything in the direction it should go.

This was just one area where the police are investigating as it went into areas outside of the hospital too with over 300 ghosts showing up for work.  I would think it would be hard at a hospital to hide this for long as what happens when you get an emergency call?  So much for biometrics at least for now in Brazil and I guess we go back to the devices that identify you with the irises of your eyes. Thaune Nunes Ferreira, 29, was arrested on Sunday for using prosthetic fingers to fool the biometric employee attendance device used at the hospital where she works near Sao Paulo.

She is accused of covering up the absence of six colleagues.

Her lawyer says she was forced into the fraud as she faced losing her job.The local public prosecutor's office opened an investigation on Monday. The doctor was arrested by the local police following a two-week investigation in the town of Ferraz de Vasconcelos, and was released on Sunday.
Mr Fillo says that the police investigation showed that some 300 public employees in the town, whom he described as ''an army of ghosts'', had been receiving pay without going to work.
