There are 2 sides to this, and I would guess it would all depend on what the secret shopper would be looking for.  Personally myself, I think as a person, this would be somewhat difficult to do to be an imposter at a medical office, as it’s not like the retail game of mystery shoppers.  They do try to find candidates that at have real symptoms or real issues, but that can’t always be the case as well, I guess this could be called the start of the “placebo patient” in essence.  BD
