You can fill out an application at the site to see if you are accepted, but you will need to make your information publicly available as well. BD
Participants include Harvard psychology professor Steven Pinker, technology investor Esther Dyson; John Halamka, chief information officer at Boston’s Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, and Rosalynn Gill, a founder of the Colorado personal-genetics company Sciona.
It’s all part of the Personal Genome Project, an effort in which members of the public release their genome sequence and other personal details for the sake of scientific advancement. The project is trying to recruit 100,000 people to participate.
