I did a post about the site a couple years ago and it looked like a good time to add some additional information, since everyone today is busy checking to see if 
patient coverage is applicable. In the first post I have had quite a few comments on the fact that users feel this should be free, and many use a billing service, clearinghouse, etc. where this type of service is provided as well. If you just want to check and confirm without ties to another process or other software, this is a free standing website.
