Perot Systems Corp. has inked a 10-year agreement to handle the information technology operations of Jewish Hospital & St. Mary's HealthCare Inc. in Louisville, Ky. Under the agreement, Plano-based Perot Systems (NYSE: PER) will take control of operations such as help desk services, network monitoring, server and mainframe management, project planning and application support, said Tom Wittman, JHSMH vice president and chief information officer.
