NEW YORK - The family of a woman whose death in a Brooklyn psychiatric ward was caught on surveillance footage say they intend to file a $25 million lawsuit. Lawyer Sanford Rubenstein says the family also is calling for criminal charges in the case. He says the court papers notifying the hospital and the city of the family's intent to sue were filed Tuesday.
