The biggest blessing out of the entire package has to be “Exchange” online.  Anyone who has spent time managing Outlook Exchange can vouch for this one!  I have been using Microsoft Office Small Business Live now for a few months and could not be happier.  With the Outlook Connector, I have the best of all worlds, MAPI email and my domain all under one roof.   You can view the website here, which I use as an extension of my blog for quick and easy references for RSS feeds.  Again, the basic portions are free and you can subscribe to additional services.  If you are a small medical practice, this is worth a look.

Last evening I saw an advertisement on television as well for Office Live Small Business.  It has not had any downtime at all and the dashboard is easy enough to configure and with the “free” service you even get a small SharePoint utility to share documents.  Now add on the “Live Office Workspace” and everything works together with your desktop installation of Microsoft Office.  BD
