Not quite sure where this PHR is headed, but they have integrated with Google Health 
and the service is $9.95 a month versus free with Google. When you look the board though they do have some well known individuals sitting in and some names you might recognize. Maybe I have missed something along the line but voice mail and faxing seem to be the only other added features that perhaps the free services do not offer, but everyone wants to get away from faxing.
