The hospital has been opened since 1962, and the new tenant, possibly Sutter, as mentioned, will pay 3 times the amount of rent, etc. Employees are employed by Tenet and will be subject to who ever the new owner is and hopefully will be able to stay on, as the hospital is the largest employer in Los Gatos.
