This site encourages all to get involved and sign up for a HealthVault account. Many of the Social Networks are here too with their designated links, only Friend Feed is missing, my favorite, but oh well you can’t have everything.
There’s also this link to a pdf form that you can print out and take to your physician. Here’s the header and you can click on the image to bring up the 2 page letter, so perhaps physicians may start seeing this print out appearing with patients on their visits soon?
Talk to your doctor and see if “HealthVault” is right for you…side effects may include but are not limited to obtaining digital health records, family, access to pharmaceutical medication records and the ability to help the clinicians at the ER room or at a retail clinic. If you should experience any of these conditions, please consult your doctor and continue the current plan of action with your HealthVault account.
There’s always a link on this site to the HealthVault and has been here for the last 2 years in the resources area on the right hand side if you happen to forget where to go. Here’s the list of the social networks below that are also connected through the site. BD

I Am Enabled was created "to build buzz around a viral 'movement' focused on how digital healthcare can enable citizens to take charge, participate in, and make smarter decisions about their health," a Microsoft spokesperson told ClickZ News. The site drives people to Health Vault, Microsoft's online service for managing and accessing personal health data, launched in October 2007.
From the Website:
“Dealing with the healthcare system can be frustrating and confusing—so much information, so many people and institutions to deal with, so much to remember. My online health account enables me to take control of the flow of information between my family and our doctors, no matter how spread out we get!
Now I’ve got one private location to manage all of our health information and share it with the doctors and caregivers I trust. It’s easy to enter the information—many home medical devices, like blood-pressure cuffs and heart rate monitors, can upload data automatically through my computer. Once it’s in, I can make use of it over and over without worrying about it. And sharing information with my doctor can be as simple as typing an e-mail address.
Now I can let my doctor know what’s going on with my family before we even reach the waiting room, and we don’t have to remember every last thing that happened since our last visit. It makes taking care of our health much less stressful and time-consuming, and everyone involved is better informed.
Take control of your own family’s health.”
