This is interesting, how will this be enforced? The clients prefer a mix of tobacco and 
cannabis joints the article states, so now where do you go? Perhaps the establishments will have to provide the cannabis one day that is certified cannabis free? The local shops are not happy with the ruling as now it gets complicated as now the shops will be held accountable and can be fined! BD
A Dutch ban on cigarette smoking in public places takes effect today, but people still will be able to light up in the country's cafes — as long as they are smoking pot. The nationwide tobacco ban is intended to protect workers from secondhand smoke in bars, cafes and restaurants.
