Document imaging and management vendor HealthPort has acquired 
ChartOne Inc., a Burlington, Mass.-based competitor, for an undisclosed sum. Alpharetta, Ga.-based HealthPort sells document imaging and management technology to hospitals 
and other provider organizations. It also sells physician practice management and electronic health records software, and transactions processing services. Together, HealthPort and ChartOne have annual revenue of more than $230 million and serve 8,000 facilities.
