LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - H1N1 is widespread here in Kentucky and a Louisville hospital is preparing to deal with an influx of patients. Four imagepeople have died from the virus and hospitals have been busy dealing with people with flu like symptoms.

Norton Healthcare just got its H1N1 mist vaccination and has already started giving it to its healthcare workers.

“We've seen a lot of patients with the H1N1 virus. Most of them the huge amount of them are mild cases. They get treated and are sent home,” said Dr. Stephen Wright, medical director at Kosair Children’s Hospital.
