This is funny and I don’t need to add much more.  Again inimage my opinion it just once more furthers the need to reinstitute the Office of Technology Assessment for Congress.

It really does keep getting worse all the time.  I have been saying for quite a while that abortions are the “default” topic when they get lost, been seeing that for years.

Way back IBM Watson offered a tool for use to use for research when making laws but it slid over their heads as well and thought it would only work with Jeopardy.  I thought it was a good idea as they might communicate better and everyone would have the same data to begin their debates but in the meantime Citibank is using IBM Watson and making tons of  money with their modeling focus.

Here’s Jon Stewart with  more about the Office of Technology Assessment along with Cruz, the Paper Senator and current poster child for bringing back the Office of Technology Assessment.  I don’t know what’s with these folks as it’s not a bad thing to not know something and ask or learn, I do it all the time.
