WEST COVINA -- About 50 employees with Citrus Valley Health Partners, in the San Gabriel Valley, have lost their jobs because they were carrying fake CPR cards, a hospital official said. Lisa Foust of Citrus Valley Health Partners says the workers, including nearly two dozen registered nurses, were fired or resigned in the past week.
