This is something that applies to all of us, healthcare at the top of the list, what we need “access”. Your customer is not next door, they are everywhere. This underlies the thoughts of where we are today, and asks the question “how will we respond”. FedEx gets it and is spreading the word.
With the tragedy in Haiti today, we can’t help but think about the important of access and we seem to be seeing the lack there of in some areas too. One more area where healthcare can again take a few hints from the world of aviation. BD
