This is well worth watching and in case you missed it, over in China within the last 2 weeks they have 2 drug factory explosions there with 10 people dead, so the imagecondition of the factory and quality control is important.  The payout was $750 Million for the case and she received her fair share.  Puerto Rico used to be one big drug plant after another but some now have closed and this plant was closed by the FDA.  Imagine when you find drugs in your Avandia that were not in fact that drug.

In this case there was no recall but again we need a system as I also mentioned in my post last week and have talked about this for a year now with using bar codes and enabling consumers to scan product with their cell phones.

Luckily nobody was repotted hurt with the drug mix ups but next time problems arise it may not be that way and again we need a recall program such as noted above to enable quick identification.  BD
