Hats off to Mrs. Thatcher for going to the NHS for treatment.  image It may have been her aides that influenced the decision being she is suffering from dementia.   Being in southern California I see this quite a bit with prestige with hospitals and who has the best facilities to handle urgent care. We have 2 brand new county hospitals that I have reported on recently and they are state of the art facilities with robots and the latest technology.

This is nice to see someone who served her country having faith in the same healthcare system offered to citizens.  The NHS has it problems as do all healthcare facilities in the world but they do get a lot right too.
