After attending the HIMMS convention last week and using the Microsoft Demo of the Contoso EMR of the future, I thought I would create a short video. This was recorded on the Sahara Tablet from TabletKiosk and shows the concept of how medical records will look in the future. This was done using the Windows Presentation Foundation, which has now grown to be Silverlight. Some of the EMR software companies have work in progress using the new 3D technology...fascinating...and it readily makes all the patient information available quickly and in a very user friendly format...BD
