A short while back I discovered using ZoomInfo with Outlook via a free plug in to download.  Since that time there are also a few other goodies on the site to look at as well.

From a couple months ago:

Zoom (ZIPI) Add in for Microsoft Outlook – Zoom Address Book in Outlook

It has been a while since I have posted about software that I like and use.  This has to be one of the biggest time savers for locating individuals.  When sending an email, after you have installed the add on, a new screen will appear.  The first tab does a search through your Outlook Contacts, and in the image below, I did a simple look up for myself.

ZIPI for Outlook creates an entire index of all your contacts in Outlook as well and they are NOT shared with what is on the web.  Additional professional services are available for companies as well.

If you happen to use Firefox, check out Who’s this person as ZoomInfo can be set as one of the search agents, highlight the name, right click and find out who the person is on the website, works for social networks too.

Return to this page to add Zoom Person and Company look up with Firefox.

Back to CRM Dynamics…

Here are a couple of screenshots from Microsoft CRM for Healthcare, notice it looks just like Outlook and integrates with Office.

This part is great for Public Outreach programs, raising money, etc.

All done inside CRM and linked throughout.

If you have Amalga Software with medical records, it integrates there as well for those authorized to view records.

Add the ZoomInfo Toolbar and you can find anyone almost anywhere, doctor at another hospital, patient, you name it.  Zoom just within Outlook has been a huge timesaver for me and you can turn the Zoom Search off and on as you like.

ZoomInfo, a popular business information search engine used to find information about industries, companies and people is partnering with Microsoft to integrate its search engine into Microsoft’s Dynamic CRM platform. ZoomInfo’s search engine has proven to be useful tool to incorporate into CRMs because its research capabilities help identify new sales leads, expand data on existing customers, create more qualified leads and provide a single data source to integrate sales and marketing teams. Sugar CRM and SalesForce.com are also using ZoomInfo’s comprehensive search capabilities within their platforms.

  1. I think myDocs is something you definitely want to look at. It is a tool which is an add-in for Outlook, that lets us view SharePoint Document Libraries by clicking standard Outlook folders, and drag emails into these folders to upload into SharePoint.

There is more information on this at http://www.nsynergy.com/Products/myDocs/Pages/About_myDocs.aspx or please email to info@nsynergy.com.
