When I was back writing my medical records program I used some of the open source and free Lexi-Comp data bases to add the drugs and would update. Back in November of last year they also purchased another company that offers software as a service, related to drugs and pharmacy software. Lexi-comp provides drug interaction information and again way back when I was writing, that didn’t even exist yet in a data format. The company also, like many others had software capabilities to transition to ICD-10 codes. BD
