Blue Light Special at K-Mart–Free Aneurysm Screenings at the Pharmacy Department September 20- November 5th

The group AAAanswers is being sponsored by Medtronic to perform the free screening. Of course screenings are a good thing, but let’s not forget the marketing angle here too of getting more foot traffic in the stores too, all retailers look at every angle with marketing too.

My preference, I prefer this test in a medical surrounding or even a telemedicine exam in a trailer set up to do so. From a marketing stand point too this is a way for the pharmacy to pickup some new customers too. I guess it’s a win-win for perhaps some rural areas. BD
